Enstride was formed in the winter of 2006 with Justin Wright on vocals, Andy Fernandez on guitar, Jeff Schmitt on bass, and Steve Jepson on drums. The group pulls from all their musical backgrounds to make a unique, hard, get-up-and-go sound.

Mixing Justin's high melodic melodies with hard low ripping screams from Steve, the group achieves a nice middle ground where people of all ages and musical likes can meet. It is not just the vocals that draw people in, but the tight rhythm section between Steve and Jeff and the fast edgy guitar riffs of Andy. To add to the mayhem is the non-stop high energy seen in the live performance of every song at every show.

In such a short time Enstride has overcame many obstacles to make a name for themselves opening for such national acts as Taproot, Nonpoint, Skindred, Karnivool, Silent Civilian, Seemless, Ankla, 40 Below Summer, Black Market Hero, Suicide City and many more. They recently released their debut EP entitled "Putting Out The Sun", which was co-produced by Max Illidge (formally of 40 Below Summer, now Black Market Hero) and engineered by Micah Havertape (formally of Flaw, now Black Market Hero).

Enstride is entering the studio once again to start working on their next EP with the help of producer Paul Trust who has worked with Diecast, Say Anything, Endo and more.
