From the echoes of the distant past and the ruins of Valley Forge comes the sounds of The Changing Times. A trio from American's eastern seaboard. They are fully prepared to take their rightful place as leaders of the rebirth of rock and roll music.

They are here to break the stereotypes of a rock band by expressing themselves through different genres, creative directions and refreshing ideas to expand their musical foundation.

Black Collar Radio started in 2008 as an emerging, web-based underground radio broadcast, solely focused on the Philadelphia Tri-State region.

As of February 2011, BCR is expanding to include a wider range of cities and locations, in an effort to spread beyond this single geographic area.
