Resident Stone Began in the spring of 2009 when Lead Guitarist Rick Land and lead singer Rob Dief began to jam and write music. Drummer Andrew Clark, Guitarist Rebel Somers, and Bassist Sam Ross were added and what resulted was the musical juggernaut known as Resident Stone.

Since their first live performance in January of 2010 Resident Stone has built a loyal fan base due to their loud, high energy live performances. Lead Singer Rob Dief commands the crowds attention as if he were preaching mass as he belts out untouchable notes and heartfelt lyrics that deal with real life situations. Guitarist Rick Land offers piercing pinch harmonics and shredding leads as if he were Zakk Wylde's illegitimate son. Guitarist Rebel Somers adds genius melodies and effects throughout each song that fills out the sound of the band. and the rhythm section of Sam Ross and Andrew Clark create the backbone and the "balls" behind the unruly mob that is Resident Stone.

Black Collar Radio started in 2008 as an emerging, web-based underground radio broadcast, solely focused on the Philadelphia Tri-State region.

As of February 2011, BCR is expanding to include a wider range of cities and locations, in an effort to spread beyond this single geographic area.
