Hellrazer was formed in mid 2004 by guitarists DrZ and Hoss. After recruiting bassist P.O.D. and drummer Kegger, the band began to focus on writing original material besides practicing a repertoire of covers. In early 2006, the band recorded a three track demo CD with DrZ on vocal duties. Hellrazer continued to work on new material, and completed their first self produced full length album entitled "Hellrazer". Since its release, Hellrazer gained international exposure via the web, and have been featured on a number of radio and TV stations.

Black Collar Radio started in 2008 as an emerging, web-based underground radio broadcast, solely focused on the Philadelphia Tri-State region.

As of February 2011, BCR is expanding to include a wider range of cities and locations, in an effort to spread beyond this single geographic area.
