Far Above The Ground is a 4 piece band from Boston, MA that consists of Ryan Stark (Guitar/Vocals), Jason Rowman (Drums), James Bannon (Bass), and Mike Mazurkiewicz (Guitar).

The band's influences range from The Replacements, Lit, Husker Du, Social Distortion, Goo Goo Dolls, Gin Blossoms, Unwritten Law, The Descendants, Big Drill Car, and Get Up Kids.

Black Collar Radio started in 2008 as an emerging, web-based underground radio broadcast, solely focused on the Philadelphia Tri-State region.

As of February 2011, BCR is expanding to include a wider range of cities and locations, in an effort to spread beyond this single geographic area.
