The band has performed well over 50 times around the Philadelphia area, at venues which include The Crocodile Rock, The Trocadero Theater, Dr. Watson's Pub, and The Note.

No matter which town or venue they may play in, people both young and old agree that they are truly a welcomed breath of fresh air in the sometimes stale local music scene. With carefully constructed guitar riffs weaved together by Josh and Bob, the driving percussive creativity of Matt and Zack, all backed by thoughtful, introspective lyrics and unique ear-catching melodies, Blackened Blue has created a version of music that is entirely their own.
