Terms and Conditions

As a pre-condition to the transmission of the Band/Artist's original music over the internet by Black Collar Radio, the Band/Artist agrees that: the music submitted is the original creation of the Band/Artist and that they own and control 100% exclusive rights of every aspect of the music to include publishing, copyright, authorship, production, performance, mechanical, etc.; and, that the Band/Artist relieves Black Collar Radio of any obligations to the artist's or band's affiliation with any Collection Society, Performance Rights Society, and/or Copyright Protection Society within or outside the United States, including but not limited to ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, RIAA, and the IFPI, or any group, society or organization affiliated with such organizations; and Band/Artist warrants that they are authorized to grant Black Collar Radio permission to use the music submitted in the rotation stream, recorded broadcasts and podcasts, and promotional clips designed to promote Black Collar Radio and all of it's current contributing Bands/Artists. The Band/Artist agrees to indemnify, save and hold harmless, and defend Black Collar Radio, and its officers and employees from and against any and all claims, demands and suits that may be made or brought against them with respect to collection societies or others claiming rights or privileges in any music submitted to Black Collar Radio.

We will NEVER sell or give out any of the personal information you have provided us or release your music to anyone.

We will NEVER do anything with your music or personal information outside of the terms stated above.

If it becomes necessary for us to stop streaming your music, please contact via email : staff@bcrphilly.com, or through the contact link on the BCR homepage. We will remove your profile and music as soon as requested.
